How does the luggage transport service work?
It's very simple:
- Book online: Indicate your route, dates and number of bags in our form
- Prepare your luggage: Leave your backpack at reception before 8:00 AM
- We pick it up: We come to pick up your luggage in the morning
- We deliver it: Your luggage will be waiting for you at your next accommodation in the afternoon
How much does luggage transport cost?
The price varies depending on the Camino, number of bags and stages contracted:
- One stage = route of less than 30 km between towns
- Double stage = route between 30-60 km

What weight and size can my luggage be?
Luggage limits:
- Maximum weight: 20 kg
- Maximum dimensions: 50 x 80 x 30 cm
We ask you to respect these limits to facilitate transport and offer the best service. If you have special needs, contact us.
How far in advance should I book?
Minimum advance: 48 hours
You must make your reservation at least 48 hours in advance of the pickup date to guarantee the service. We recommend booking earlier, especially in high season (April-October).
What time do you pick up and deliver luggage?
Schedule:
- Pickup: Leave your luggage at reception before 8:00 AM
- Delivery: Your luggage will be at your next accommodation in the afternoon, before your arrival
We work every day, including Saturdays and Sundays during the Camino season.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Change and cancellation policy:
- You can modify or cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before the pickup day
- Modification without price change: free
- Modification with higher price: you only pay the difference
What if my accommodation is not on the list?
No problem. Follow these steps:
- Select any accommodation from the list (it doesn't matter which one)
- In the "Notes" or "Comments" field, indicate the name and address of your actual accommodation
- We will take your luggage to the accommodation you indicate
Tip: If you're staying in a vacation rental apartment (Airbnb, etc.), we'll need the host's contact details to coordinate delivery.
Can I send my luggage directly to Santiago?
Yes, we offer luggage storage service in Santiago de Compostela. You can send your suitcase directly so we can keep it for you while you do the Camino with just a small backpack.
