Azuaga, in the Campiña South region of Badajoz, is an important stop on the Mozarabic Way. This historic village, with a past linked to the Order of Santiago, offers the pilgrim a rich heritage to discover. It stands out for its church of Our Lady of Consolation, an impressive Gothic-Mudéjar temple, and the remains of its castle.
