Faro de Punta Nariga

The Lighthouse of Punta Nariga, although not a population, is one of the most emblematic and modern landmarks on the Way of the Lighthouses and the Costa da Morte. Work of architect César Portela, its vanguardist design, which evokes the bow of a stone ship, perfectly integrates into the rocky and wild landscape that surrounds it. For the hiker, reaching this point is an overwhelming experience. The lighthouse is located in a environment of granite cliffs ("percebeiros") battered by the force of the Atlantic Ocean.
