Limogne-en-Quercy is an oasis of services for the pilgrim who traverses the solitary and arid limestone plateau of the Causses du Quercy Natural Park. This village is a fundamental meeting point on Le Puy Way. Its main attraction to visitors is its market, especially the black truffle one in winter, which gives it fame throughout the region. The surrounding landscape is dotted with "cazelles" (stone cottages) and dolmens, witnesses of a thousand-year occupation. For the walker, Limogne is a functional and necessary stop, a place to refuel and rest in a peaceful atmosphere before continuing on this singular journey.
