Discover Monte San Biagio
San Biagio is a picturesque town of Lazio situated on a hill between mountains and the Tyrrhenian Sea. For pilgrims of the Southern Francigena Way, it's a stopover offering spectacular views, taking in the plain and the coast of the Ulisse Coast. The old town keeps a medieval core dominated by the remains of a castle. Its strategic location made it a control point on the ancient Via Appia. The locality, surrounded by olive trees and cypress, is also known for its sausage production. It's an episode of great natural beauty, ideal for a Mediterranean-flavored rest stop.
