This stage continues through the Torrijos region, on a route that combines sections of the ancient Roman road with paths between fields of cultivation. It is a day of great beauty and solitude. The arrival at Escalona, a village dominated by its impressive castle, is a monumental final stage. This stage requires good physical effort but rewards with unforgettable landscapes.
