Stage of the Camino
Stage Description
This stage marks the entry into Cuenca province. The profile becomes more demanding, with an ongoing rise and fall through a pine forest and low mountain landscape. It is a day of great beauty and solitude. Arrival in Mira, a village nestled in a valley, offers a tranquil final stage amidst nature.
This stage enters the heart of La Mancha, on a route that combines sections of the ancient Roman road with trails through vineyards and olive groves. It is a day of great beauty and solitude. The arrival at Quintanar de la Orden, a village with great Jacobean tradition, is an end-of-stage finish with charm. This stage requires good physical effort but rewards with unforgettable landscapes.
