Stage Description
A stage that leaves Tours to the south, working into the rural Touraine. Some 22 km run through woods, cereal fields and traditional villages with houses of tuffeau (the characteristic white limestone). Sorigny is a small town in Indre-et-Loire with a rural centre and the church of Saint-Symphorien (11th-12th centuries).
