Discover Miraz
Miraz is a small parish in the municipality of Friol that has become a stop with special meaning for pilgrims on the North Way. In the midst of a beautiful rural landscape, this humble village is known for its hostel, managed by volunteers and with a great tradition of hospitality. For many walkers, staying overnight in Miraz is one of the most authentic experiences on the route, a place to share and connect with the essence of the Camino. The Romanesque church of Santiago de Miraz, with its defensive tower, is another of its attractions. It's a haven of peace, ideal for a restorative break and to live pure Jacobean fraternity.
