Stage Description
The last stage of the Via Turonensis. The road passes through the last hills of French Basque Country before arriving at the mythical Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port. It is a beautiful and emotional journey, with the Pyrenees as the backdrop. The arrival in Saint-Jean, with its fortress, walls, and pilgrim atmosphere, is the end of this great French route and the starting point of the Camino Francés in Spain. An unforgettable ending to a long adventure.
