Stage Description
This long and demanding stage continues through the Natural Park of Haut Languedoc. The route traverses a mountain landscape with a very rugged profile and significant drops. It is one of the hardest days on the route, an authentic challenge for the pilgrim. The beauty of the landscape, with its forests, rivers, and panoramic views, is the great reward. Arrival in Saint-Gervais-sur-Mare, a town with a rich heritage and all services, marks the end of an epic stage, a day of overcoming in the heart of the mountains.
