Stage Description
This short and pleasant stage continues along the Loir valley. The road is flat and closely follows the course of the river. The brevity of the day allows time to explore Châteaudun, a city dominated by its impressive castle, one of the first castles of the Loire. It's a day to enjoy the riverine landscape and the majesty of Renaissance architecture. It is an obligatory stop on the route.
