The stage that joins Mougás with A Ramallosa is a short and pleasant journey, ideal for recovering from previous days' efforts. The route follows the coastline on a beautiful walk. The profile is mainly flat, with some gentle undulations. The pilgrim walks with constant sight of the Cíes Islands, which cut off in the horizon. The route passes by several beaches and small coves, inviting a refreshing bath in summer months. The stage's climax is arrival at A Ramallosa, in Nigrán's municipality. Here you find the magnificent medieval bridge of A Ramallosa, crossing Miñor River estuary, a place of great landscape beauty and a paradise for water birds. The locality offers all necessary services and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed final stage.
