The Lugo to San Romao da Retorta stage is a 20km journey that ventures into rural Galicia. The path starts in Lugo (450m) and follows a mostly flat profile with a gentle ascent towards San Romao da Retorta (500m). The route passes through a beautiful landscape, with forests and meadows. It's an enjoyable walk that allows you to appreciate the scenery and the tranquility of the surroundings. Arrival at San Romao da Retorta, a small village with a Romanesque church, is an authentic stage finish.
