El Cubo del Vino

The Earth's Wine Cube is a Zamoran locality whose name reveals its main distinguishing feature. Situated in a wine-producing region of great tradition, it is a stop on the Via de la Plata that offers the pilgrim the opportunity to know the wines of the area. The village, of rural character, preserves traditional underground cellars and a peaceful atmosphere. Its church of Santo Domingo de Guzmán is the main monument. For the walker, it is an ideal stage for a restorative break, to enjoy local hospitality, and of course, to taste the local cuisine and drinks before continuing on the route northwards.
