La Ràpita (Sant Carles de la Ràpita) is a vibrant seaside town located in the south of the Ebro Delta. For pilgrims, it's an important centre for services and an ideal stop to enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere. Its fishing port is one of the most important in Catalonia, and its market is a spectacle. The town has an enjoyable waterfront promenade, urban beaches, and exceptional cuisine, with langoustines as star product. Its location, in the Alfacs bay, offers an ideal environment for water activities. It's a comfortable and lively stop to start or continue the Ebro Jacobean Way.
