Lubián
Gateway to Galicia on the Camino Sanabrés. Lubián, with its traditional architecture and mountainous surroundings, is the last stop from Zamora and a welcome to the highlands of Galicia.
Discover Lubián
Lubian is the last village of Zamora before entering the Camino Sanabrés in Galicia, a high mountain locality with a special charm. For pilgrims, it's an important stop, both logistically and emotionally. Its traditional architecture, with stone houses, slate and wood, and the remains of some pallozas, announce the cultural change. The Sanctuary of the Tuiza and San Mamés Church are its main monuments. Surrounded by a spectacular landscape, on the border of the Sierra de la Culebra, Lubian offers services for rest and preparation before the demanding stage that crosses Galicia. A place with a deep flavor of frontier.
