Pedrosa de Valdeporres

Pedrosa de Valdeporres is a locality in the Las Merindades comarca, an important stop on the Forgotten Way. Situated in mountain surroundings by the Engaña River, it offers a beautiful landscape. The locality is linked to the history of the Santander-Mediterranean railway, and nearby is the entrance to the famous but unfinished Túnel de la Engaña.
