Stage Description
A short stage of the Via Podiensis through the Gascogne. Some 12 km cross the Tarn-et-Garonne and enter the Gers. Auvillar is one of the 'Plus Beaux Villages de France', with its famous circular Halle on columns (19th century). Lectoure is the old capital of the counts of Armagnac, with a Gothic cathedral and a walled medieval old quarter.
