Stage Description
Cycling stage along the western coast of Asturias until the crossing to Galicia. The 90 km link Cadavedo with Ribadeo passing through Luarca (one of the most beautiful coastal towns of Asturias), Navia and Tapia de Casariego. The crossing to Galicia is made by the bridge of Los Santos over the Eo estuary, arriving at Ribadeo, capital of A Mariña Lucense with spectacular indian houses.
This stage is an enjoyable descent towards the monumental city of Ourense. The route passes through a rural and solitary landscape, which contrasts with the great city that approaches. Arrival in Ourense, "The City of Gold and Water", with its impressive cathedral and famous baths, is a spectacular final stage. It's a day to enjoy the anticipation of arriving at one of Galicia's most important cities.
