Calatayud - Cervera de la Cañada

This stage of the South East Camino is a flat day that connects the two most important cities in the province. The route runs along the coastal plain, through a landscape of orchards and palm groves. The destination is Elche, a city designated as a World Heritage Site for its Palm Grove, Europe's largest, and for the Misteri d'Elx, a medieval sacred-lyrical drama.
