Leaving behind the Albateña capital, this long stage continues through the Manchegan plain. The route is flat and monotonous, a challenge for the pilgrim's mind. Arrival in La Roda, famous for its "miguelitos", is a sweet final stage. It's a journey that defines the experience of walking across the Meseta: solitude, effort, and the austere beauty of the plain.
