Stage Description
A stage that leaves Conques (one of the most beautiful villages in France, with the spectacular Romanesque abbey of Sainte-Foy, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, its carved tympanum of the Last Judgement and the medieval treasury). Some 25 km descend along the valley of the Lot to Livinhac-le-Haut, a small Rouergat town (Aveyron) linked to chestnut growing.
