Stage Description
This short stage connects two of the most important villages on the Camino in Galicia. The route is a continuous rise and fall through a rural landscape of great beauty, with forests and villages. The most important milestone is arriving at Melide, where the French Way meets the Primitivo. Melide is an obligatory stop to taste its famous "á feira" octopus dish. It's a day to enjoy the pilgrim atmosphere and local cuisine.
