The Way of Béjar to Fuenterroble de Salvatierra

This stage of the Via de la Plata continues through the Salmantine plains, on a flat and easy route. The road passes through a landscape of meadows and cultivated fields, in an environment of great solitude. Arrival at Fuenterroble de Salvatierra, a small town with a pilgrim's hospital with a great tradition, is a spiritual final stage. It is a journey for introspection and rest, before continuing on to Salamanca.
