Stage Description
Stage that leaves La Charité-sur-Loire (with its impressive priory church of Notre-Dame, a UNESCO World Heritage Site as a dependency of Cluny and one of the most spectacular Romanesque complexes in Burgundy) heading for the Berry. Its 25 km or so cross the Loire and head into the Centre-Val de Loire region. Baugy is a small town in the Cher with a well-preserved rural centre.
