Stage Description
This short and pleasant stage takes the pilgrim to the beautiful coastal town of Luarca. The route is a gentle descent to the coast. The brevity of the day allows you to arrive in time to explore Luarca, "The White Village on the Green Coast", with its port, its cemetery over the sea and its houses of indianos. It's a day to enjoy the landscape and the maritime culture of Asturias. It's an obligatory stop on the route.
The Cadavedo to Luarca stage is a 16km short journey that takes the pilgrim to the beautiful seaside town of Luarca. The route starts in Cadavedo (100m) and follows a mainly descending profile, with some undulations, until the local town of Luarca (10m). The route passes through a stunning landscape, with views of the sea and mountains. It is a peaceful and easy walk that allows you to enjoy the scenery and arrive on time to explore the destination town.
