Stage Les Cassés to Avignonet-Lauragais

This stage continues over the Lauragais plain, on a moderate distance and gentle profile walk. The landscape remains dominated by cultivated fields. It is a transition day with no great difficulties, allowing for a relaxed day of walking. The arrival at Avignonet-Lauragais, a village with a rich Cathar past and a church with an impressive bell tower, is the end of stage with history.
