This stage enters the Alto Languedoc Regional Natural Park, a mountain scenery of great beauty. The route is demanding, with an undulating profile and continuous ascents and descents through forests and valleys. It's a journey to enjoy nature in its purest form and the solitude of the trail. Arrival in Lunas, a small town with a castle and a tranquil atmosphere, is a well-deserved rest in a privileged natural setting.
