The stage between A Rúa and Bendollo is a journey that immerses the pilgrim in the landscapes of Ribeira Sacra. The path departs from the Sil valley to venture into a more mountainous and rugged terrain. The profile is demanding, with an initial ascent and continuous ups and downs. The landscape is dominated by the vineyards of the DO Ribeira Sacra, cultivated on heroic terraces (socalcos). The route offers spectacular views of the fluvial canyons and native forests. The arrival in the small village of Bendollo, in the concelho of Quiroga, marks the end of the stage.
