Stage Description
One of the most demanding and beautiful stages on the Winter Camino. The journey involves a long and sustained ascent to leave Quiroga valley and overcome Serra do Courel. The path runs through an impressive mountain landscape, with panoramic views and a grand solitude environment. It is an stage that requires excellent physical preparation, but the monumental and breathtaking scenery in Pobra do Brollón is immense. Arrival in this town, at the gates of Ribeira Sacra, offers a well-deserved rest and immersion into the history and gastronomy of interior Galicia.
