Leaving the bustling Póvoa de Varzim, this stage returns the pilgrim to a more natural and tranquil environment. The route follows the coast line, alternating walks on the beach with paths between dunes and pine forests. It is a flat profile day with great landscape beauty. The path crosses the North Coast Natural Park, a protected space of great ecological value.
