Leaving behind the Albateña capital, this stage enters again into the vast Manchegan plain. The profile is completely flat and the landscape is dominated by fields of cultivation. It's a transition day that allows for comfortable walking. Arrival at La Gineta, a village with great tradition and a beautiful church, offers a peaceful and authentic final stage.
The stage that starts in Albacete is a journey of pure Manchegan plain. The profile is completely flat, and the road advances along dirt tracks that get lost in the horizon. The landscape is an immense cereal plain, dotted with some vineyard areas. It's a stage to enjoy the feeling of vastness and austere beauty of the Land of Fields. Arrival at La Gineta marks the end of the stage. This village has an interesting church and a very authentic Castilian town atmosphere. It's a quiet place, ideal for the pilgrim's rest.
