The penultimate stage of the Camino Francés. The route is smoother than before, a pleasant stroll through eucalyptus forests and meadows. Emotion grows as you approach Santiago. It's a day to enjoy the tranquility of the path and the anticipation of reaching the destination. Arrival in O Pedrouzo, a town with all services, is the last stop before the final push.
The penultimate stage of the Camino Francés is a 19-kilometer walk that takes the pilgrim from Arzúa to O Pedrouzo. The path starts in Arzúa (380 m) and follows a mainly descending profile, with some undulations, until the town of O Pedrouzo (290 m). The route passes through a beautiful landscape, with eucalyptus forests and meadows. It is a peaceful and easy walk that allows you to enjoy the scenery and look forward to arriving in Santiago. The arrival at O Pedrouzo, a town with all services, is the last stop before the grand finale. This stage combines gentle exercise with rich scenic experience, a perfect balance on the Camino Francés.
