Tudela, the capital of Navarre's Ribera region, is one of the richest stops in heritage and gastronomy on the Ebro Jacobean Way. The city, of Arab origin, boasts a historic old town filled with history, featuring Renaissance palaces and an animated atmosphere. Its main jewel is the Cathedral of Saint Mary, a magnificent temple of transition from Romanesque to Gothic, whose Judgment Gate is a masterpiece of medieval sculpture.
