Discover Sarrión

Sarrión is the capital of the Gúdar-Javalambre comarca and a world reference in black truffle production (Tuber melanosporum). For pilgrims on the Levante Way, it's a gastronomic stop and an important service center. The town celebrates annually an international truffle fair (FITRUF) that attracts thousands of visitors. Its surroundings, over 900 meters above sea level, offer a mountain landscape and an ideal climate for this prized fungus. With a complete hospitality and commercial offer, Sarrión is an ideal stage for a comfortable rest, to discover the fascinating world of truffles and enjoy the Turolense cuisine.
