Sarrión

Sarrión is the capital of the Gúdar-Javalambre comarca and a world reference in black truffle production (Tuber melanosporum). For pilgrims on the Levante Way, it's a gastronomic stop and an important service center. The town celebrates annually an international truffle fair (FITRUF) that attracts thousands of visitors.
